Troubleshooting Common Issues
Fix missing buttons, stale counts, database issues, and cache conflicts.
Button not showing
- Confirm auto-display is enabled for the content type.
- Check Disable assets on page types under General settings.
- Verify the post type is not excluded in Hide auto-display on.
- Clear your page cache and CDN cache.
Counts not updating
- Enable Site uses caching in General settings if you use LiteSpeed, WP Rocket, or similar.
- Run Sync counters from Tools → Maintenance (Pro).
- Check for JavaScript errors in the browser console.
Database health
Open WP ULike → Help and review the database status row. If tables need repair, use the Repair tables action on that page.
License issues (Pro)
