Renew Your License
Extend WP ULike Pro support and updates — renew manually or manage auto-renewal from your account.
An active license keeps plugin updates and support available. Your site keeps working if a license lapses — you just cannot download new versions until you renew.
Before expiry
Your License page shows the expiration date. WP ULike also sends reminders in the WordPress dashboard and by email before your license expires — especially helpful if auto-renewal is off.
Renew early to avoid interruption to updates and support.
How to renew
- Click Renew on the License page, or
- Visit My Account → Licenses and click Renew on your license card.
After renewal
- Return to WP ULike → License.
- Click Refresh License to sync the new expiry date and limits.
No re-activation is needed if the same site URL remains active.
Turn off auto-renewal
If your plan renews automatically (for example Annual), you can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your account. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
- Log in at My Account.
- Open the Licenses tab.
- Find your WP ULike Pro license and click Cancel subscription.
- Choose a reason (optional details), then confirm.
When auto-renewal is off, you may see an Auto-renew off label on your license. Your site stays licensed until the period you already paid for ends.
After you cancel
- No more automatic charges for that subscription
- Access continues until the current term expires — you do not lose Pro immediately
- You can still download the plugin, use your license key, and open View invoice(s) for past orders from the same license card
- To keep Pro after expiry, use Renew on your license card when you are ready (manual renewal)
Update payment method
If a renewal failed or your card changed, open Licenses, find your product, and use Update payment method on the license card (when available). That fixes billing without cancelling your subscription.
Lapsed licenses
If your license expired:
- Pro plugin continues to work with the last installed version
- New updates and support require an active license
- Admin notices will remind you to renew
- Click Refresh License after renewing to clear expired status in WordPress
