How to export
- Open the report you need (Overview, Reports, Intelligence, Audience, or Logs).
- Set Date Range, Status, and Content type filters — exports match what you see on screen.
- Click the Export action on the chart or table (CSV icon / Export menu).
- Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any CSV tool.
What each export contains
| Source | Typical columns |
|---|---|
Trends chart | Date, like count, dislike count (if enabled) |
Top content | Item title, ID, vote totals, link |
Vote history / Logs | User, IP (if stored), status, timestamp, item |
Countries | Country code/name, vote totals |
Devices | Device type, OS, browser, counts |
Intelligence reports | Schedule slots, category names, commerce metrics |
Engagers | User or guest identifier, action counts |
Exports contain aggregate or log-level engagement data, not full user profiles. For GDPR erasure, use Tools → GDPR.
Use cases
- Monthly editorial reports for stakeholders
- Identifying top WooCommerce products by engagement
- Archiving metrics before Delete All Records maintenance
- Feeding data into BI tools (or use REST API for automation)
Tips
- Export after applying filters — the file reflects the current view only.
- Large log exports may take time on high-traffic sites; narrow the date range first.
- Clear Statistics Cache under Maintenance if exported totals look stale.
